Trustees of Time Out Club

Time Out Club is an Ofsted registered, charitable organisation which provides flexible wrap around care exclusively for families of children attending Manland Primary School.

Time Out is run by a team of volunteer trustees who help to oversee the club operations and keep it running smoothly. The Trustees are an important part of the club, bringing commercial experience and parental opinions to the daily running of the club.

The trustees meet quarterly and hold an annual AGM. The positions of the trustees are Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer and Secretary. Along with non-allocated trustees.

Duke of Edinburgh

Time Out proudly supports the Duke of Edinburgh award scheme.

We have students from surrounding secondary schools who volunteer at Time Out Club.

The children love spending time with these students.

Comment from our Time Out Volunteers

Time Out has provided me with a way to support my child’s school and enhance the provision at Manland . I am incredibly proud of the work that we have put into the club to make it what it is!

Volunteering at time out has given me a great opportunity to support the charity to ensure a high quality of before and after school is given to Manland children which in turn supports the parents of Manland. I have learnt so much in terms of the requirements about a charity, governance and working in an environment linked to a school.
