For families who have registered with Time Out Club, we do offer Ad-Hoc bookings but we cannot guarantee that we will have availability.
Please make all Ad-Hoc bookings via iPAL using the link below.
All Ad-Hoc bookings made after the 1st of the month, for that month, will require payment in advance at the time the booking is made.
Ad-Hoc bookings made more than one month in advance will be charged on a monthly invoice.
If you have regular childcare requirements, we highly recommend booking a weekly space at Time Out Club.
If you are already registered with Time Out Club, all ad-hoc bookings should be made via iPAL.

Our sessions are priced at £8/ breakfast club session and £7.50/hour after school.

7.30am – 8.40am
After School Club sessions
3.20 – 4.20pm
4.20 – 5.20pm
5.20 – 6.20pm
Monday – Thursday
5.20pm on a Friday
Cancellations. Time Out Club has a 7 day notice period for Breakfast Club and After School club cancellations. Any changes made with less than the required notice are charged at the full session cost.
Payments
We accept childcare vouchers and are registered for the Governments tax free scheme.
