AGM
Time Out Club is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO).
We hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) each year, which all members are welcome to attend.
All families who register with Time Out Club and pay the annual registration fee are considered to be members of the CIO.
We welcome ideas, suggestions and questions from all our members throughout the year.
The AGM provides an opportunity for all our members to meet and discuss Time Out Club.
The 2025 AGM was held on 20th May in the Time Out Room. The minutes of the meeting can be downloaded below, along with minutes from the previous year.
